YOUR FIRST VISIT
Initial Intake
An intake form will be emailed prior to your first visit. Upon the initial exam, the doctor will go over the intake with you to better understand the reason for your visit.
History And Examination
In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.
Report of Findings
After reviewing all necessary information, the doctor will go over the findings and discuss the best suitable treatment options for you.
Treatment
Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, patients will generally be provided with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. Patients may be given home exercises and/or stretches to perform.

We offer affordable cash rates and upon request, can print out a super bill to submit to your insurance and they may reimburse you.
